Azimut valorizes its fermentative CO2

" Brasserie Azimut, the Bordeaux-based craft brewery that has won over customers beyond the Gironde, recently took a new step in its commitment to the environment. 

To coincide with the expansion of its premises and the doubling of its production capacity, the brewery successfully installed the CO2 Box, a solution for the analysis, purification and recovery of fermentative CO₂ developed by W Platform.

This partnership, born of a shared ambition to integrate a sustainable solution into the expansion of the brewery's facilities, came to fruition in early 2025 with the successful commissioning of the system.
The system installed includes a CO2 Box, special bubblers and a CO2 pipeline, enabling fermentative CO2 from the fermenters to be captured and the pressure to be adjusted from 0.2 to 2.2 bar. A CO₂ capture network has been set up to recover all the CO₂ emitted by the ten fermenters, all of which are now in operation to feed the device...
