\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\" Brasserie Azimut, la cervecer\u00eda artesanal bordelesa que se ha ganado a la clientela m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la Gironda, acaba de dar un nuevo paso en su compromiso con el medio ambiente.<\/span> <\/span>

Coincidiendo con la ampliaci\u00f3n de sus instalaciones y la duplicaci\u00f3n de su capacidad de producci\u00f3n, la cervecera instal\u00f3 con \u00e9xito la CO2 Box, una soluci\u00f3n de an\u00e1lisis, purificaci\u00f3n y recuperaci\u00f3n del CO\u2082 fermentativo desarrollada por W Platform.<\/p>La asociaci\u00f3n naci\u00f3 de la ambici\u00f3n compartida de incorporar una soluci\u00f3n sostenible a la ampliaci\u00f3n de las instalaciones de la f\u00e1brica de cerveza, y fructific\u00f3 a principios de 2025 con la exitosa puesta en servicio del sistema.<\/span>
El sistema instalado incluye una caja de CO2, burbujeadores especiales y una tuber\u00eda de CO2, lo que permite capturar el CO2 fermentativo de los fermentadores y ajustar la presi\u00f3n de 0,2 a 2,2 bares. Se ha creado una red de captaci\u00f3n de CO\u2082 para recuperar todo el CO\u2082 emitido por los diez fermentadores, todos los cuales est\u00e1n ya en servicio para alimentar el sistema....<\/span>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
